Hidden gem with breathtaking views
From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with mint tea and pastries. Our huge room offered stunning views of the Atlas Mountains, making mornings magical.
The heating in our room wasn't effective, so we layered up on colder evenings. the pool was too cold for a swim during our stay, making it less inviting.

The service woudl ve been stellar, but instead, I faced a broken loo in my room and cold heating, how charming. I was certainly expecting a room upgrade, given my unwavering loyalty to luxury. alas, reality struck. the only warm aspect was my disappointment. I almost gave a good review, just couldn’t.

The view and birdsongs during mornings offer a breathtaking experience, perfectly enjoyable with a breakfast served on the covered terrace. The hammam treatment stands out as a unique experience that's definitely worth indulging in while you're there.
Access to the location is a bit rough with a dirt road that can give you a bumpy ride. My room's heating didn't really do the job, leading to some chilly evenings despite all the beautiful layers and pashminas we had. The pool, although aesthetically pleasing, was far too cold for any proper swim, which might disappoint when temperatures rise.

Couple looking for tranquility
The views from our breakfast terrace were amazing! We enjoyed delicious meals, especially the berbère omelette.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but given the overall experience, it felt acceptable.

The Palais is a hidden gem with stunning views of the Atlas Mountains, a perfect location for tranquility. The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful, and the rooms feature elegant touches with comfortable beds. The delicious breakfasts include homemade pastries and fresh omelettes, keeping the mornings equally delightful.
Terrible service.

A breathtaking view accompanied by delightful birdsongs defines the mornings here. The breakfast experience on the terrace, despite being chilly, presented beautifully crafted authentic dishes. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi issues and aggressive behavior from promotional guests created an awkward atmosphere, detracting from the serene luxury that was expected. The pool, while stunning, proved too cold for a swim during our visit.
